Health Data Sync
mojo automatically syncs your health data via Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android), significantly reducing the need for manual data entry.

How to Grant Permission
iOS
- Open mojo โ Settings โ Apple Health Sync
- Tap Authorize โ itโs recommended to enable all permissions
- Data will sync automatically in the background
If you accidentally denied permission, go to the iOS Health app โ tap your profile photo in the top right โ find mojo โ enable all read permissions.
Android
- Open mojo โ Settings โ Health Connect Sync
- Authorize all data types
- Data will sync automatically in the background
How Sync Works
- Data syncs automatically when changes are detected; you can also trigger a manual sync from Settings if needed
- Incremental sync: only new or modified records are fetched
- If you manually edit a synced record, mojo preserves your changes and wonโt overwrite them on the next sync
