Graduation Mode
Graduation Mode is for users who have reached their goal weight and want to switch from weight loss to weight maintenance. This is a premium feature for mojo Friend subscribers.
How to Activate
Once you reach your goal weight, go to Settings and enable Graduation Mode. You can also set a custom “Graduation Date” — the date you officially began maintenance.
What Changes
When Graduation Mode is active:
- Calorie deficit goes to zero — your daily calorie target becomes your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure), with no deficit applied
- Weekly weight loss rate is disabled — since you’re no longer trying to lose weight
- Progress page shows maintenance stats — “Graduated X days” counter and “monthly maintenance cost” instead of the usual cost-per-kg
Progress Page in Maintenance
After graduating, the Progress page adapts:
- Displays how many days you’ve been maintaining your goal weight
- Shows monthly maintenance cost (total maintenance spending ÷ months maintained, minimum 1 month) instead of cost-per-kg
- A congratulatory celebration appears when you first reach your goal
Resetting Graduation
If you decide to resume weight loss, you can turn off Graduation Mode in Settings at any time. Your calorie target will revert to a deficit-based calculation.
Pricing
Graduation Mode is included with the mojo Friend subscription. During the preview period, it is available for free to all users.
