Daily Streak Goals

Streak tracks whether you hit your health goals each day and encourages you to keep your streak alive. Like daily quests in a game, completing them builds up your consecutive days count, helping you turn healthy habits into a daily routine.

Trackable Items

You can freely choose which items to track:

  • Calorie goal — Whether daily calorie intake is within the target range (configurable tolerance: ±10% / ±15% / ±20%)
  • Protein goal — Whether daily protein intake meets the target
  • Exercise — Choose from: any exercise / strength training / cardio
  • Sleep hours — Default 7 hours, customizable
  • Steps — Default 5,000 steps, customizable

Completion Modes

Choose a completion mode that matches your goal intensity:

It’s recommended to start with “Any one” and increase the difficulty once your habits are stable.

Streak Statistics

  • Current streak — How many consecutive days you’ve achieved your goal
  • Longest streak — Your all-time best record
  • This week — Your performance this week
  • This month — Your performance this month

Streak Freeze

Each month you get a limited number of “get out of jail free” cards. If you miss your goal on a particular day, you can use a Freeze to prevent your streak from resetting.

This is designed to avoid losing motivation from a single missed day — taking an occasional rest day is a healthy part of any routine.
