Sign Up & Login
How to Sign In
mojo supports multiple sign-in methods. Your first sign-in automatically creates your account — no separate registration step needed.
Apple Sign-In (iOS)
Tap “Sign in with Apple” on the login screen. You can choose to share or hide your email address. If you hide it, Apple provides a private relay address that forwards to your real email.
Google Sign-In (Android)
Tap “Sign in with Google” on the login screen.
Email + OTP (iOS & Android)
Under Other sign-in options:
- Enter your email address
- You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code
- Enter the code to sign in
No password required.
Link Sign-in Methods
After signing in, go to Settings and tap your account card at the top. The Login Methods card shows what’s linked to your account.
You can connect more methods so any of them signs you into the same account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can also set or change your email so Email + OTP works for that account.
Using Multiple Devices
iOS and Android share the same account. You can be signed in on multiple devices simultaneously. Subscription status syncs automatically.
Switching from iPhone to Android
There’s no “Sign in with Apple” on Android. If you signed in with Apple on your iPhone, use Email + OTP on Android instead: enter your Apple ID email address (often ending in @icloud.com), then the verification code, and you’ll be signed back into the same account. (If you’ve changed your mojo account email before, enter that email instead.)
A few things to watch out for:
- Entering a different email (e.g. your usual Gmail), or tapping “Sign in with Google” with a Google email that doesn’t match your Apple ID, creates a brand-new empty account.
- If you chose “Hide My Email” when signing in with Apple, your account is tied to a relay address generated by Apple — you may not know what it is. While you still have your iPhone, go to Settings → tap your account card at the top → Login Methods in mojo and change your account email to one you own (enter the new email, then type the 6-digit verification code it receives back into mojo). Then sign in on Android with the new email.
- If your iPhone is already gone and you’re not sure which email your account uses, contact support and we’ll help.
Your health records don’t come back automatically after switching — see Data Import & Export to restore them.
Deleting Your Account
Go to Settings → Subscription & Account → Delete Account.
Once deleted, all cloud data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting a backup first.
